As I’m writing this, I’m just coming off from a high being onstage with DieAgonal. My son is sleeping, tired from attending the gig. I’m tired. Still sick. But happy that I got to go back onstage and redeem myself somewhat from the last performance I had at Seattle’s Dream.

Banayad Napkins – was the first band to go up onstage and belted out a few alternative covers that brought some 90s and early 2000s memories back. It’s sad that they’re doing it minus one person but I’d say they pulled it off well.

Ater Banayad Napkins, it was supposed to be Induce but unfortunately, due to the weather, they weren’t unable to push through. That meant we had to go up next.

This would be DieAgonal’s second outing and to be honest, I wasn’t completely at 100% health wise but again… no cancellations.

in my opinion, we were able to pull through just enough to make it a good show. Not really up to the standards we were used to but just enough to say, hey we did it.

My voice held up just enough to survive the night. But it did break several times when the range became out of reach.

Next time.

Next time.

Moving on…

Rattlehead – I immensely enjoyed RattleHead and couldn’t help singing along to their Megadeth covers. A Tout Le Monde, Trust, Angry Again, and Symphony of Destruction.

I wonder what else they have.

One thing’s for sure, if I have the opportunity to do so, I’ll go watch their next gig and have a good time 😊

Project Majesty – despite it being way past Lyle’s bedtime… I stayed to watch this band. I was looking forward to witnessing how Junnix would handle the vocal duties and man oh man was that an amazingvocal performance.

This man’s vocal range is amazing.

The entire band did not disappoint. I never thought I’d ever get to see Dance of Eternity and Erotomania played live in front of me but there it was. I’d have to say Simon really picked an excellent bunch of musicians to play with.

Jaw dropped and stayed on the floor from first song to the last with this band.

I wonder where they’ll pop up next and if I’ll be able to watch.

Murky Mind Productions sure knows how to set up a good show and combine a good roster of bands to play.
